  • In order to create the strongest possible market place, our team works closely with tenants to attract more visitors to the mall. Frequent promotions & activities are held at IPC to attract more shoppers to the mall and to our partner's shops.

  • We try to bring in strong, reputable retail partners into our centres. And IKEA is powerful enough to attract visitors from near and far. Access to customer based is considerably larger than other shopping centres.

  • We are a long-term active owner. We at IPC take responsibility in ensuring that our shopping centre is well maintained. A good landlord who would like to grow with us is very important to us.
