Family-Friendly Facilities
01 Baby Strollers
Collect a baby stroller for your little one from our i-Counter before you start shopping, so that you can have your hands free while you explore our Centre*.
You will need to provide identification, in the form of a valid driver's license or ID card. A refundable deposit of RM100 will also be collected.
On presentation of these, you'll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that's done, you're ready to go.
02 Wheelchairs
We always try to keep the specially-abled in mind by making our Centre friendly to their needs. Our friendly Customer Relations Officers are ready to give a helping hand to anyone who requires assistance especially the elderly and specially-abled. Complimentary wheel chairs are available for use in the Centre on a first-come, first-served basis from the i-Counter located at Level G.
To use this service, you will need proof of identification which should be either a valid driver's licence or valid ID card and a refundable deposit of RM100 will be collected for the usage of the wheel chair (maximum of 3 hours).
On presentation of these, you'll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that's done, you're ready to go.
03 Family Car Park
Our 2-level covered car park is designed to be spacious, clean, brightly lit and well ventilated. There are designated parking lots families, to make your family outing more convenient.
04 Family Room
Designed specially to meet the needs of families, our family rooms come equipped with all the necessary facilities that our parent-shoppers require for a safe and comfortable shopping experience. From hot and cold water dispensers to deep sinks to clean your little ones. All you need to nurse and change your young ones are in one place. Experience them now at:
- Level LG1 (next to P1 parking entrance)
- Level G (Next to Watsons)
- Level 2 (Next to Spotlight and Next to The Pet Safari)

- Nursing Room
- Toilet (Only at level G and Level 2)
- Play area (Only at Level 2)
- Deep sink with bidet
- Stroller parking area (Only at Level 2 and Level LG1)
Our family rooms come equipped with the following to ensure a hygienic environment for your family:
- Anti-bacterial flooring
- Advanced air-purifying system
- Toilets that are sanitised every hour
05 Toddler Tricycle
Tricycles are a fun way for adventurous kids to stroll around IPC with their parents. It is suitable for children 10 months of age and above at a maximum weight of 23kg. The tricycles are regularly cleaned and sanitised after each use for the comfort of the next user. A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon rental request.
06 Art Kits
Kids can now creatively draw using our art kits without parents needing to worry about smearing colours all over themselves! Just fill the pen with water and draw it over the canvas to create a magical painting. A refundable deposit of RM30 is required upon rental request, and must be returned within the same day for a full refund.
07 Emergency Contact Tattoo
Keep your loved ones close - young or old - with our complimentary emergency contact tattoo sticker. It is redeemable at the i-Counter on Level G. This temporary tattoo sticker contains our information counter’s general number so the public can help to call when they are separated from you in IPC. We’d recommend placing it on visible body areas like the hand or arm.
08 Power Scooter
Power scooters provide additional mobility to individual shoppers with walking difficulties. Priority will be given to people with disabilities (OKU), pregnant women and the elderly. Each scooter is designed and tested for only one user of a maximum weight of 130kg to operate while seated, hence extra passenger(s) are not allowed on it. The scooters are regularly cleaned and sanitised after each use for the comfort of the next user. A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon rental request.
09 Funland
Venture into a world of friendly dinosaurs at Funland! Parents can rest at the seating area provided while the littles go about learning and interacting with the various rides, fun facts and colourful designs. Designed to stimulate young ones with a range of activities, our Funland also adds in a dash of fun dino-facts for further learning!
10 Playland
Looking for a safe and clean place for your toddlers to run free? Head on over to our Playland! Just take the exit next to H&M and you’ll see our exciting play area for older children! From slides to monkey bars. Your kids will be able to explore and go on their little adventures while parents can sit by the side at the provided benches.
11 Surau
Our surau is located in LG1 for our Muslim patrons. Cleaned regularly, our surau also has washing facilities placed inside for the comfort of our patrons to have their prayers in a quiet and clean environment.
12 High Speed Wi-Fi

13 Level 2 Mini Recycling Station
Did you know we have a mini recycling centre at L2? It’s right in front of Harvey Norman and is a convenient place to drop off any small recyclables on hand. To get the most out of your large amount of recyclables, drop them off at our Recycling and Buy Back Center (RBBC) at P1 Parking!
