BRING YOUR OWN CONTAINER (BYOC) REWARD PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. The Bring Your Own Container (BYOC) Reward Programme is exclusively for registered and active Tack Club members to enjoy a RM0.50 discount per transaction when they order takeaway using their own food container at participating F&B outlets, during the outlets’ respective operating hours for takeaway orders.
  • 2. Members must unlock the BYOC Reward (in the form of an e-voucher) in the IPC App by spending 5 Tack Points and scan the QR code using the IPC App at checkout counter to enjoy the discount.
  • 3. The RM0.50 discount applies per transaction only at participating F&B outlets, while the allocated claim limit lasts.
  • 4. The BYOC Reward redemption is limited to the first 300 redemptions on the IPC App each month. Each unlocked BYOC Reward e-voucher will be valid for one (1) month from the date of redemption.
  • 5. If a member’s own food container is insufficient to hold the full order, the member may be subject to the participating outlet’s own takeaway policy and may incur additional charges for any extra packaging required. The RM0.50 discount will still apply in such cases, and participating F&B outlets reserve the final right of decision on this matter.
  • 6. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the BYOC Reward redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  • 7. Members must show proof of successful utilisation on their mobile device to the cashier, who will record the used e-voucher’s serial number.
  • 8. Multiple e-voucher(s) may be used in a single transaction and can be combined with other valid e-vouchers issued by IPC Shopping Centre at participating F&B outlets. However, combining e-vouchers from different shoppers in one transaction is NOT allowed.
    • Example: A customer may use two (2) RM10 Tack e-vouchers and one (1) BYOC Reward e-voucher to offset RM20.50 from a RM50 total bill at participating F&B outlet and pay the remaining RM29.50 in full.
  • 9. If the total value of e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full amount, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
  • 10. If the total value of e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
  • 11. Each BYOC Reward e-voucher can only be used once.
  • 12. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from or in connection with any transaction between participating F&B outlets and the BYOC Reward e-voucher holders.
  • 13. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions at any time without prior notice.
