‘COUNT THE HORSES’ CHALLENGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The ‘Count the Horses’ Challenge (“contest”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and is open only to Tack Club members (“members”) to participate from 19 January to 22 February 2026. Three (3) winners with the correct or closest answer will each receive IPC RM200 worth of Tack E-vouchers & physical prizes (“prizes”).

1. Members are eligible to redeem one (1) contest card with 10 Tack Points at the i-Counter, Level G between 10am to 9:30pm daily.
2. Members may participate an unlimited number of times throughout the contest period by redeeming multiple contest cards (10 Tack Points per card), while stocks last.
3. Members must write down their answer on the contest card, tear the card into two (2) halves, keep one (1) half for safekeeping, and drop the other half into the contest box at the i-Counter. Each card contains a unique serial code. Winners will be verified by matching their safekept serial code with the winning serial code at i-Counter.
4. Members must redeem contest cards in person at the i-Counter, Level G. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
5. Only original contest cards issued at the i-Counter are accepted. Damaged, photocopied, or tampered cards will be considered invalid.
6. IPC tenant staff are not permitted to participate in this contest nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
7. Winners will be announced on 2 March 2026 on IPC Shopping Centre’s Facebook page.
8. Winners must claim their prizes within one (1) month from the date of announcement at the i-Counter, Level G. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be repurposed at IPC’s discretion.
9. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winners at the i-Counter, Level G; IPC does not offer delivery or courier services for the prizes.
10. The Tack e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets within 1-month validity from date of collection.

12. Winners may choose from the available prizes at the time of collection on a first-come, first-served basis.
13. All prizes are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
14. IPC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged prizes; replacements will not be issued.
15. IPC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value at its without prior notice.
16. IPC reserves the right to use photographs or videos of winners for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes on its website and social media channels.
17. IPC assumes no responsible for any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in this contest.
18. IPC reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
19. All decisions made by IPC regarding this contest, including verification, winner selection, and prize eligibility, are final and not subject to appeal.
