How to utilise your e-voucher(s)

1. Tap on the e-voucher and press ‘Redeem’ to launch QR code reader.
2. Scan the QR code displayed at cashier and select the number of e-voucher(s) you wish to utilise with the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons shown on the small pop-up display.
3. Press ‘Redeem’ to confirm utilisation of e-voucher(s) at outlet.
4. The cashier may request you to tap on the ‘View e-voucher details’ button and show them your phone screen to record down the utilised e-voucher(s) serial number.

Terms & Conditions:
Midsommar e-voucher(s) is valid at participating non F&B outlets from 25 June – 15 August 2021 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated budget, whichever is earlier. For one-time use only.

Multiple e-vouchers may be used in a single transaction.

• All e-vouchers will expire by 15 August 2021 at 10.00pm, no e-vouchers from Home Swede Home campaign will be honoured after this.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
• Only original e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment / checkout.
• E-voucher(s) is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
• Any receipts used for this RM10 e-voucher redemption cannot be combined or re-used with other promotions.
• E-voucher(s) is stackable and can be combined with other valid e-voucher(s) issued by IPC Shopping Centre in the same transaction in participating outlets.
• In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
• Any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
• IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
• IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
• IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder.
• Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-vouchers may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
• E-voucher(s) can be used at any participating outlet(s) in IPC Shopping Centre.

1. Gift-with-purchase (GWP) redemption of RM5 Midsommar F&B e-vouchers and RM10 Midsommar e-vouchers can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 25 JUN 2021, and ending at 8:00pm on 15 AUG 2021. While stocks last.
2. Tack Club members can redeem ONE (1) RM5 Midsommar F&B e-voucher with minimum purchase of RM30 in ONE (1) receipt within the same day. The RM5 Midsommar F&B e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM30 spent.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM100 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) RM5 F&B e-voucher.
3. Tack Club members can redeem ONE (1) RM10 Midsommar e-voucher with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day. The RM10 Midsommar e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM800 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) RM10 e-voucher & ONE (1) RM5 F&B e-voucher.
4. Maybank QR Pay app users can redeem ONE (1) RM10 Midsommar e-voucher with minimum purchase of RM150 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) transactions via Maybank QR Pay app within the same day. The RM10 Midsommar e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM150 spent.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM500 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) RM10 e-voucher & ONE (1) RM5 F&B e-voucher.
5. The RM5 Midsommar F&B e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and Maybank QR Pay users, and can be used in participating F&B outlets from 25 JUN – 15 AUG 2021 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
6. The RM10 Midsommar e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and Maybank QR Pay users, and can be used in participating non F&B outlets from 25 JUN – 15 AUG 2021 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
7. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
8. Each registered Tack Club member will automatically receive ONE (1) complimentary RM5 Midsommar F&B e-voucher in their IPC app on 25 JUN 2021 (one day only). Any new registered Tack Club members on and after 25 JUN 2021 will not receive the complimentary RM5 Midsommar F&B e-voucher in their IPC app.
9. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the e-voucher(s) via the IPC app. Redemption of e-voucher(s) on behalf of others is not allowed.
10. Expanding from Point 9, Maybank QR Pay app users are also required to be physically present and show proof of transaction history on their own Maybank QR Pay app and the matching original receipt(s) to a Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the RM10 Midsommar e-voucher(s) via the IPC App. Redemption of e-voucher(s) on behalf of others is not allowed.
11. Redemption of e-voucher(s) are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
12. Redeemed e-voucher(s) are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
13. Tenants and staffs of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in redemption.
14. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Restaurant, Café, Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for redemption.
15. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for redemption.
16. All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, gift card or shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas (unless stated otherwise).
17. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
18. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).

2. Utilisation of RM10 Midsommar e-voucher(s) participating non F&B outlets is valid daily from 25 JUN – 15 AUG 2021 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
3. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
4. Only original e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating outlets.
5. Utilisation of multiple e-voucher(s) in a single transaction is allowed and can be combined with other valid e-voucher(s) issued by IPC Shopping Centre in the same transaction in participating outlets.
   • Example: Customer can use THREE (3) pieces of RM5 Midsommar F&B e-vouchers to offset RM15 value off total receipt amount of RM50 in a single transaction at participating F&B outlet, and pay the balance RM35 in full.
   • Example: Customer can use TWO (2) pieces of RM10 Midsommar e-voucher and ONE (1) piece of RM10 Panta e-voucher to offset RM30 value off total receipt amount of RM100 in a single transaction at participating supermarket, and pay the balance RM70 in full.
6. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
7. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction exceeds the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, any amount remaining will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
8. Each e-voucher can only be used once.
9. The e-voucher(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction at participating outlets only.
10. Any unused e-voucher(s) remaining in the IPC App after validity will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
11. Any receipts used for the e-voucher redemption cannot be combined or re-used with other promotions.
12. Application of IPC issued e-voucher(s) in conjunction with participating outlets’ ongoing promotion is subjected to approval by the outlet itself.
13. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
14. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder.
