IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp Workshop

1. All timings and activity dates are correct at the time of printing.
2. IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp workshops will be held at Funland (indoor playground), Level 2, and are exclusively for Små Club members aged 5–12 years old with valid purchased admission e-tickets via the IPC App or purchase from i-Counter from 13 May to 7 June 2026, while stocks last.
3. All child participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and are limited to thirty (30) participants per session.
4. Admission e-tickets are only valid for the specific workshop date and session selected during purchase and admit one (1) child participant only. All purchased admission e-tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
5. Participants are required to register at the designated registration counter at Funland prior to entering the workshop zone.
6. The cut-off time for entry into each workshop session is ninety (90) minutes before the end of the session. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry, and the purchased session slot will be automatically forfeited without refund, replacement, or rescheduling.
7. Failure to check in to the purchased workshop session within the permitted timeframe will result in auto-forfeiture of the purchased slot. No refunds, replacements, exchanges, or rescheduling requests will be entertained.
8. Workshop activities must be completed within the allocated session timing. Participants are not allowed to continue or complete unfinished activities in subsequent sessions.
9. Parents and guardians may accompany children to the registration area only and are not permitted to enter the workshop zone unless otherwise authorised by IPC or its partner vendor personnel.
10. IPC Shopping Centre and its partners reserve the right to restrict, refuse entry, or disqualify participants who fail to comply with the event guidelines, workshop instructions, safety requirements, or who behave in an inappropriate or disruptive manner.
11. IPC Shopping Centre and its partners are not responsible for any injuries, loss, damage, or incidents incurred during participation in the activities.
12. By participating in the activities, participants and/or their parents or guardians consent to IPC Shopping Centre’s right to photograph, record, publish, or display photographs and/or videos for advertising, marketing, publicity, or promotional purposes without compensation.
13. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Additional terms may apply at the sole discretion of IPC Shopping Centre Management.
