IPC X BHPetrol LOYALTY REWARDS CAMPAIGN: TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ‘IPC X BHPetrol Loyalty Rewards Campaign’ (“campaign”) is organised by Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd (“BHPetrol”) and IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”). The campaign runs from 1 February 2026 to 31 July 2026. It is open to customers who are BHPetrol eCard apps members and IPC App’s Tack Club members, as well as Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with valid identification documents.
- 1. The redemption will begin at 12:00 midnight on 1 February 2026 and end on 31 July 2026 at 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time) (“Campaign Period”).
- 2. The organizer reserves the right to amend and/or extend the Campaign Period or cancel the programme without prior notice.
- 3. To participate in the campaign, Tack Club members of IPC App are required to redeem the BHPetrol Voucher with their Tack Points and collect their physical voucher at the i-Counter on Level G of IPC Shopping Centre.
- 4. Upon successful redemption of the RM5 Tack Club voucher within the IPC Tack Club app, the member is required to collect the physical voucher at the i-Counter within seven (7) days from the date of redemption. Failure to collect the voucher within the stipulated timeframe will result in the voucher being forfeited without refund or replacement.
- 5. New users of the BHPetrol eCard app are also eligible to receive an additional RM5 eVoucher from BHPetrol by entering the referral code IPC on the eCard app sign up page upon successful sign up. eVouchers are subject to stock availability while stocks last.
- 6. Participants agree to the privacy notice and marketing information upon registering as BHPetrol eCard app members.
- 7. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash. If the purchase amount exceeds the given value, the difference must be paid by the users. If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, no refund will be given for the unused balance.
- 8. Vouchers can be used to purchase petrol/diesel or shop items at any BHPetrol station. Its usage is limited to the expiry date stated on the voucher. Any request to extend the validity period of the BHPetrol voucher will not be entertained.
- 9. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by the organizer’s decisions and the Terms and Conditions of the campaign, as well as all decisions made by the organizer.
- 10. By participating in this campaign, participants agree not to take any actions that could damage BHPetrol and IPC’s reputation and image. This includes but is not limited to spreading false information, defamation, or any form of abuse against the organizer.

IPC X BHPetrol LOYALTY REWARDS CAMPAIGN: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1. Who is eligible to participate?
- Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with valid identification documents.
- Must be BHPetrol eCard apps members and IPC App’s Tack Club members.
2. When is the campaign period?
- From 1 February 2026, 12:00 AM to 31 July 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time).
3. How do I participate?
- IPC App Tack Club members: Redeem one (1) RM5 valued BHPetrol voucher with 200 Tack Points on the IPC App’s Reward Catalogue and collect the physical voucher at i-Counter, Level G of IPC Shopping Centre.
- Upon successful redemption of the RM5 Tack Club voucher within the IPC Tack Club app, the member is required to collect the physical voucher at the i-Counter within seven (7) days from the date of redemption. Failure to collect the voucher within the stipulated timeframe will result in the voucher being forfeited without refund or replacement.
- Non-users of BHPetrol eCard apps: Sign up for the BHPetrol eCard apps using a referral code, IPC, and user will receive an additional RM5 eVoucher instantly upon successful sign up. The offer only applies to new users of BHPetrol eCard apps.
4. Are there any limits on vouchers?
- Vouchers are subject to stock availability, on a first come first serve basis.
- Each Tack Club member is eligible to one (1) unit of redemption per member weekly.
- Voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the user.
- If the purchase is less than the voucher value, no refund will be given.
5. Where can I use the voucher?
- Vouchers can be used to purchase petrol, diesel, or shop items at any BHPetrol station.
- Vouchers are valid only until the expiry date stated. Extension requests will not be entertained.
