‘KITA KONTINJEN MALAYSIA’ GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Redemption of all gift-with-purchase (GWP) rewards under the ‘Kita Kontinjen Malaysia’ campaign is available exclusively to Tack Club members at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 18 August 2026 (10am) to 27 September 2026 (10pm), on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
  2. Refer to the table below for the spend requirement and corresponding rewards:

  3. The GWP redemption is only valid for transactions within the same day, and each Tack Club member is entitled to only one (1) GWP redemption per day. Once a redemption has been made, the member will not be eligible for any further GWP redemption on the same day, regardless of the reward tier or additional eligible spending.

    Example:

    • A member who redeems a Tier 2 reward in the morning will not be eligible to redeem a Tier 1 Lucky Spin or Tier 3 reward later on the same day.
  4. Eligible spending qualifies for one (1) reward tier only. Members may choose to redeem one (1) reward from their highest eligible tier or any lower reward tier, but not multiple reward tiers.

    Examples:

    • RM400 eligible spending can redeem either Tier 1 or Tier 2.
    • RM1,000 eligible spending can redeem either Tier 1, or Tier 2 or Tier 3.
  5. The RM100 Tack e-vouchers are awarded exclusively to registered Tack Club members through the Lucky Spin from 18 August to 27 September 2026, with a maximum of two (2) winners per day. Each RM100 Tack e-voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  6. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their printed receipt(s) and/or Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP on behalf of others is not allowed.
  7. Redeemed GWP are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full and must be accepted as offered.
  8. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the GWP redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  9. Shoppers may be required to present their printed receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP redemption.
  10. Shoppers are required to present all printed receipts during the GWP redemption. Printed receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the GWP redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the GWP redemption.
  11. Only printed receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for the GWP redemption.
  12. Only original printed receipts with clearly stated transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP redemption.
  13. All printed purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP redemption EXCEPT handwritten or digital receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, deposits for goods / services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  14. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWP; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged GWP.
  15. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  16. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence, and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  17. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
