MERDEKIDS GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE AND REWARDS REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All gift-with-purchase (GWP) and rewards under the Merdekids campaign can be made daily by Tack Club or Små Club members at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10am on 4 August 2025, and ending at 9:30pm on 21 September 2025. While stocks last.
  2. Tack Club members can redeem one (1) RM10 Merdekids e-voucher with a minimum spending of RM200 in a maximum combination of two (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Merdekids e-voucher is not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 – Entitled to redeem one (1) RM10 Merdekids e-voucher only.
  3. Tack Club members can redeem three (3) RM10 Merdekids e-vouchers with a minimum spend of RM500 in a maximum combination of three (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Merdekids e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM500 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM2,000 – Entitled to redeem three (3) RM10 Merdekids e-vouchers only.
  4. The RM10 Merdekids e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 4 August to 21 September 2025 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  5. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  6. Små Club members can redeem any one (1) combo, consisting of a Malaysia flag paired with either a postcard sticker, button badge, or headband, by presenting any same-day receipt (no minimum spend) from any IPC outlet at the i-Counter, Level G on 30 and 31 August, as well as 1, 15 and 16 September, between 10am to 9:30pm. Each Tack Club member may redeem for up to three (3) Små Club members throughout the campaign period. While stocks last.
  7. Tack Club members can redeem one (1) complimentary IKEA ice cream voucher by proclaiming the phrases below at the i-Counter, Level G on 30 and 31 August, as well as 1 and 16 September 2025, between 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. This offer can be claimed only once per member throughout the campaign period. Limited to the first 68 members per day.
    • 30-31 August, and 16 September 2025: Shout “Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka!”
    • 16 September 2025: Shout “I Love Malaysia! I Love Malaysia! I Love Malaysia!”
  8. The GWP and rewards redemption is only valid for transactions within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  9. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club and/or Små membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP or rewards via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP or rewards on behalf of others is not allowed.
  10. Redeemed GWP or rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full and must be accepted as offered.
  11. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the GWP or rewards redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  12. Shoppers may be required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP or rewards redemption.
  13. Shoppers are required to present all receipts during the gift redemption. Receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the GWP or rewards redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the gift redemption.
  14. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for the GWP or rewards redemption.
  15. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP or rewards redemption.
  16. All purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP or rewards redemption EXCEPT handwritten receipts or receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, deposits for goods / services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  17. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWP or rewards; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged rewards.
  18. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  19. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence, and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  20. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
