‘MID-YEAR REWARD RUSH’ INITIATIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The ‘Mid-Year Reward Rush’ (“initiative”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and runs daily from 6 July – 16 August 2026. It is open to all Tack Club members who spend at Lifestyle, Children & Education and Services category outlets in IPC Shopping Centre.

  • 1. Members are eligible to participate by spending RM80 in a maximum combination of one (1) receipts from Lifestyle, Children & Education and Services outlets at IPC Shopping Centre, then present the receipt at IPC’s i-Counter, Level G (in front of Decathlon Connect) on the same day between 10am to 10pm for verification.
  • 2. With every qualified receipt presented, members are eligible to draw the corresponding lucky draw tickets with daily rewards listed in them. The tickets may also reveal the special daily grand prizes (1 unit for each day). While stocks last.

  • 3. Members are entitled to an extra lucky draw entry for the Apple MacBook Neo Mega Prize with eligible transactions (a minimum spending of RM80 in a maximum of one (1) receipt from Lifestyle, Children & Education and Services category outlets*) made on weekdays (Monday to Friday), between 6pm to 10pm, excluding public holidays.

  • 5. Daily prize redemptions are limited to one (1) redemption per member per day. Any unclaimed prizes will be carried forward to the next day’s prize pool. All prizes, including those carried forward from previous days or weeks, are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Winners may choose from available prizes at the time of collection.
  • 6. Members must be physically present and show proof of their printed receipts and Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the prizes. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
  • 7. Redeemed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part of full and must be accepted as offered.
  • 8. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the initiative nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  • 9. Members may be required to present their printed receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchases and/or show the items purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter as part of the verification process. Failure to present the required proofs may lead to unsuccessful or denied prize redemption.
  • 10. Members are required to present all printed receipts (with clearly stated transaction amount, date and outlet name) during the prize redemption. Printed receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the prize redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the prize redemption.
  • 11. Only printed receipts from Lifestyle, Children & Education and Services retail outlets in IPC Shopping Centre are accepted for the prize redemption.
  • 12. All printed purchase receipts are accepted for the prize redemption EXCEPT handwritten or digital receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card / cash /. Shopping voucher purchase, deposits for goods / services, and receipts from promotion area, push carts, IPC merchandise purchases, BYD, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  • 13. Winners who do not collect their prizes within the same day, or choose not to accept them, forfeit all rights to the prize, and IPC may repurpose the unclaimed prizes at its discretion.
  • 14. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winners at the i-Counter, Level G; IPC does not offer delivery or courier services for the prizes.
  • 15. All prizes are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
  • 16. IPC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged prizes; replacements will not be issued.
  • 17. IPC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value at its without prior notice.
  • 18. IPC reserves the right to use photographs or videos of winners for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes on its website and social media channels.
  • 19. IPC assumes no responsible for any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in this contest.
  • 20. IPC reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • 21. All decisions made by IPC regarding this contest, including verification, winner selection, and prize eligibility, are final and not subject to appeal.
