‘ONCE UPON A CHRISTMAS DREAM’ GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All gift-with-purchase (GWP) under the ‘Once Upon a Christmas Dream’ campaign can be made daily by Tack Club members or regular shoppers at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10am on 20 November 2025, and ending at 9:30pm on 4 January 2026. While stocks last.
  2. Tack Club members can redeem one (1) RM10 Christmas e-voucher with a minimum spending of RM200 in a maximum combination of two (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Christmas e-voucher is not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM900 – Entitled to redeem three (3) RM10 Christmas e-vouchers and one (1) IPC Flexi
      Compact Bag only.
  3. Tack Club members can redeem three (3) RM10 Christmas e-vouchers and one (1) IPC Flexi Compact Bag with a minimum spend of RM800 (RM1,000 for regular shoppers and can redeem the item only) in a maximum combination of three (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Christmas e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM800 or RM1,000 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM900 – Entitled to redeem three (3) RM10 Christmas e-vouchers and one (1) IPC Flexi Compact Bag only.
  4. Tack Club members can redeem three (3) RM10 Christmas e-vouchers and one (1) Auto Foldable Umbrella with LED Torchlight with a minimum spend of RM1,000 (RM1,200 for regular shoppers and can redeem the item only) in a maximum combination of three (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Christmas e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM1,000 or RM1,200 spen.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM3,000 – Entitled to redeem three (3) RM10 Christmas e-vouchers and one (1) Auto Foldable Umbrella with LED Torchlight only.
  5. The RM10 Christmas e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 20 November 2025 to 4 January 2026 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  6. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  7. The GWP redemption is only valid for transactions within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  8. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their printed receipt(s) and/or Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP on behalf of others is not allowed.
  9. The GWP redemption is only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  10. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club and/or Små membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP or rewards via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP or rewards on behalf of others is not allowed.
  11. Shoppers may be required to present their printed receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP redemption.
  12. Shoppers are required to present all printed receipts during the GWP redemption. Printed receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the GWP redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the GWP redemption.
  13. Only printed receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for the GWP redemption.
  14. Only original printed receipts with clearly stated transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP redemption.
  15. All printed purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP redemption EXCEPT handwritten or digital receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, deposits for goods / services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  16. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWP; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged GWP.
  17. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  18. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence, and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  19. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice
