Purchase and Redemption of IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp Admission e-Tickets

  1. The IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp runs on selected dates between 23 May and 7 June 2026. Admission e-tickets are available for purchase from i-Counter or via the IPC App from 13 May to 7 June 2026, while stocks last.
  2. This programme is exclusively for Tack Club members with an active IPC App account and registered Små Club members aged 5–12 linked to their account.
  3. Tack Club members may purchase IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp admission e-tickets at RM50 per ticket via i-Counter or via the IPC App. Shoppers are required to present proof of payment to the customer service representative to gain admission.
  4. Each admission e-ticket admits one (1) eligible Små Club member participant only.
  5. Each Tack Club member is limited to a maximum of six (6) admission e-ticket purchases throughout the campaign period, while stocks last.
  6. Successful purchases of IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp admission e-tickets will be automatically credited to the purchaser’s IPC App account under the “My Rewards” tab.
  7. Admission e-tickets are only valid for the workshop date and session selected during purchase. Strictly no changes, rescheduling, or replacement of workshop dates or sessions will be allowed once payment is completed.
  8. Each admission e-ticket purchase includes complimentary IPC e-vouchers valid until 30 June 2026, consisting of:
    • Two (2) x RM10 F&B e-vouchers usable at participating F&B outlets*
    • One (1) x RM10 PU e-voucher usable at Play United
    • One (1) x RM10 GT e-voucher usable at Good Times DIY & Lifestyle Studio
    • One (1) x RM10 OPH e-voucher usable at OPEN PLAYHOUSE
  9. Please refer to the list of *participating F&B outlets below for utilisation of the RM10 F&B e-vouchers:
  10. Purchases of IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp admission e-tickets are not eligible for Tack Points earning.
  11. All admission e-ticket purchases are final. Strictly no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or extensions will be entertained once payment is completed.
  12. Admission e-tickets and complimentary e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, Tack Points, or other items.
  13. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to restrict or refuse admission, redemption, or utilisation if participants are found to have violated the campaign terms and conditions or misused the admission e-tickets or e-vouchers in any way. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture without prior notice.
  14. IPC Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted admission e-tickets or e-vouchers, and no replacement will be issued.
  15. IPC Shopping Centre is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or disputes arising from participation in the IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp or the utilisation of the complimentary e-vouchers.
  16. Any misuse, tampering, forgery, or fraudulent activity involving the admission e-tickets or complimentary e-vouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  17. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Additional terms may apply at the sole discretion of IPC Shopping Centre Management.
