Purchase and Redemption of IPC Tack Voucher Bonanza Programme e-Vouchers Terms and Conditions

  1. The IPC Tack Voucher Bonanza (TVB) Programme runs from 16 March to 31 August 2026. Limited TVB e-voucher sets will be released monthly, with a new batch available on the 1st of each month (as seen in the table below), while stocks last.

  2. Tack Club members can purchase RM200 worth of TVB e-vouchers set for only RM120, which includes:
    • Ten (10) x RM10 TVB F&B e-vouchers – usable at participating F&B outlets
    • Ten (10) x RM10 TVB e-vouchers – usable at participating non-F&B outlets
  3. This programme is exclusively for Tack Club members with an active IPC App account, and all purchases of TVB e-voucher sets must be made via the IPC App.
  4. TVB e-voucher sets are limited to one (1) purchase per member per monthly release, while stocks last.
  5. Purchases of TVB e-voucher sets are not eligible for Tack Points earning.
  6. All TVB e-voucher set purchases are final and redeemable by the registered member who made the purchase. Strictly no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be entertained once payment is completed.
  7. TVB e-vouchers must be used within the stated validity period. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
  8. Purchased TVB e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, Tack Points, or other items.
  9. IPC Shopping Centre and participating outlets reserve the right to restrict or refuse the usage of TVB e-vouchers if customers are found to have violated the campaign terms and conditions or misused the TVB e-vouchers in any way. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the TVB e-vouchers without prior notice.
  10. IPC Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted TVB e-vouchers; no replacements will be issued.
  11. IPC Shopping Centre shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between TVB e-voucher holders and participating outlets.
  12. Any misuse, tampering, or forgery of TVB e-vouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  13. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Additional terms may apply at the sole discretion of IPC Shopping Centre Management.
