SCAWYWEEN E-VOUCHER REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All e-vouchers under the Scawyween campaign can be made daily by Tack Club members at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10am on 3 October 2025, and ending at 9:30pm on 2 November 2025. While stocks last.
  2. Tack Club members can redeem one (1) RM10 Scawyween e-voucher with a minimum spending of RM200 in a maximum combination of two (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Scawyween e-voucher is not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 – Entitled to redeem one (1) RM10 Scawyween e-voucher only.
  3. Tack Club members can redeem three (3) RM10 Scawyween e-vouchers with a minimum spend of RM500 in a maximum combination of three (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Scawyween e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM500 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM2,000 – Entitled to redeem three (3) RM10 Scawyween e-vouchers only.
  4. The RM10 Scawyween e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 3 October to 2 November 2025 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  5. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  6. The e-voucher redemption is only valid for transactions within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  7. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the e-vouchers via the IPC app. Redemption of e-vouchers on behalf of others is not allowed.
  8. Redeemed e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full and must be accepted as offered.
  9. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the e-voucher redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  10. Shoppers may be required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied e-voucher redemption.
  11. Shoppers are required to present all receipts during the gift redemption. Receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the e-voucher redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the gift redemption.
  12. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for the e-voucher redemption.
  13. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for e-voucher redemption.
  14. All purchase receipts are accepted for the e-voucher redemption EXCEPT handwritten or digital receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, deposits for goods / services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  15. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the e-vouchers; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-vouchers.
  16. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  17. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence, and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  18. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
