SCAWYWEEN ON-GROUND ACTIVITIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All timing and date of activities are correct at the time of printing.
• Complimentary workshops will be held at Funland (indoor playground) seating area, Level 2 for children aged 12 years old and below accompanied by their parent/guardian and are limited to 15 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Små Club members that RSVP (reserve) via the IPC app where 10 Tack Points will be deducted for each reservation. Reserved slot(s) will be held for 5 minutes after the start of each workshop; failure to check-in within the allocated timeframe will result in reserved slot(s) being offered to walk-ins and utilised points will not be refunded. Children must be present for the workshops, or their spot will be given to other participants. Parents may assist their children with the craft but are not permitted to complete it on their behalf.
• Complimentary Halloween Trick-or-Treat walkabouts will be held at Funland (indoor playground) seating area, Level 2, and are exclusively for Små Club members to participate under the supervision of their parent/guardian and are scheduled to run between 2pm – 5pm on selected dates (with the last registration at 4:20pm) on a first-come, first-served basis. Members can participate by registering in advance through RSVP or on-the-spot via the IPC app where 10 Tack Points will be deducted for each reservation; failure to check-in to the activity in time will result in auto-forfeiture of the utilised points. Trick-or-Treat will start once a group of 30 kids is formed, subsequently, a new group will begin forming at the registration point until it reaches the maximum capacity.
• Complimentary Halloween costume contest will be held at the space in front of Popular, Level 2, and are exclusively for Små Club members to participate under the supervision of their parent/guardian and are limited to 15 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis. The contest is split into 2 categories: 4 – 7 years old and 8 – 12 years old. Members can participate by registering in advance through RSVP via the IPC app where 10 Tack Points will be deducted for each reservation. Reserved slot(s) will be held for 5 minutes after the start of each contest session; failure to check-in to the activity in time will result in auto-forfeiture of the reserved slot(s) and utilised points. Costumes must be appropriate for all ages and should not include offensive or hazardous elements.
• Prizes
  • Winners: There will be 3 winners per session, each receiving RM500 worth of prizes (RM250 IPC Tack e-vouchers and RM250 Popular vouchers).
  • Other participants: All other participants will receive a consolation prize consisting of RM20 IPC Tack e-vouchers and goody bag from Popular.
  • To claim the IPC Tack e-vouchers, both the winners and participants must have an active Tack Club membership linked to the winning or participating Små Club member. Failure to comply may result in the e-vouchers being forfeited. IPC Tack e-vouchers will be credited within 48 hours from announcement and will have a validity of 1 month to be utilised.
• IPC Shopping Centre and its partners reserve the right to disqualify participants who do not follow the event guidelines or behave inappropriately in any of the above activities.
• IPC Shopping Centre and its partners are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred in any of the above activities.
• By joining in any of the above activities, shoppers have granted IPC Shopping Centre the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos, which may be a part of, for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
• Decisions made by IPC Shopping Centre, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
