TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND REDEMPTION OF IPC DAYCATION VALUE EPASS

  1. The IPC Daycation Value ePass campaign runs from 26 June to 10 August 2025. While stocks last.
  2. Tack Club members can purchase RM200 worth of ePasses (e-vouchers) for only RM120, which includes:
    • Three (3) x RM50 Leisure ePasses (e-vouchers) – usable at participating entertainment, services, beauty outlets
    • Two (2) x RM25 Foodie ePasses (e-vouchers) – usable at participating F&B outlets
  3. This campaign is exclusively for Tack Club members with an active IPC App account, and all purchases of ePasses (e-vouchers) must be made via the IPC App.
  4. All ePass purchase are final. Strictly no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be entertained once payment is completed.
  5. ePasses (e-vouchers) are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the registered member who made the purchase.
  6. Each member’s purchase is subject to availability and may be limited per item or per member.
  7. ePasses (e-vouchers) must be presented via the IPC at participating outlets for verification and redemption.
  8. ePasses (e-vouchers) must be used within the stated validity period. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
  9. Redeemed ePasses (e-vouchers) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other items.
  10. IPC Shopping Centre and participating outlet reserves the right to restrict or refuse the usage of ePasses (e-vouchers) if customers are found to have violated the campaign terms and conditions or misused the ePasses (e-vouchers) in any way. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the ePass (e-voucher) without prior notice.
  11. IPC Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted ePasses (e-vouchers); no replacements will be issued.
  12. IPC Shopping Centre shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between ePass (e-voucher) holders and participating outlets.
  13. Any misuse, tampering, or forgery of ePasses (e-vouchers) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  14. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Additional terms may apply at the sole discretion of IPC Shopping Centre Management.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE UTILISATION OF IPC DAYCATION VALUE EPASS

  1. Leisure and Foodie ePasses (e-vouchers) are valid for use daily from 26 June to 10 August 2025, or upon reaching claim limit of allocated budget, whichever is earlier.
  2. Strictly no extension of the ePass (e-voucher) validity date will be allowed under any circumstances.

  4. ePasses are exclusively available to Tack Club members with a registered and active IPC App account.
  5. No minimum spend if required to use the ePass (e-voucher) at participating outlets.
  6. Only original ePasses (e-vouchers) presented via the IPC App will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating outlets.
  7. Each ePass (e-voucher) is valid for one-time use only and must be used within the campaign validity period. Expired ePasses (e-vouchers) will not be accepted or refunded.
  8. Any unused ePasses (e-vouchers) remaining in the IPC App after 10 August 2025 will be automatically forfeited.
  9. Multiple ePasses (e-vouchers) may be used in a single transaction, subject to outlet approval. ePasses (e-vouchers) may also be combined with other valid e-vouchers issued by IPC Shopping Centre within the same transaction. However, sharing or combining ePasses (e-vouchers) across different customers’ account is strictly not allowed. Examples:
    • A customer may use three (3) RM50 Leisure ePasses (e-vouchers) to offset RM150 from a RM200 total bill and pay the remaining RM50.
    • A customer may use two (2) RM25 Foodie ePasses (e-vouchers) + one (1) RM10 Birthday e-voucher to offset RM60 from a RM55 total bill and does not receive any balance from outlet.
  10. If the ePass (e-voucher) value is less than the total bill, the remaining balance must be paid in full by the customer.
  11. If the ePass (e-voucher) value exceeds the total bill, the unused value will be forfeited and will not be refunded or carried forward.
  12. ePasses (e-vouchers) can be used to offset the total bill, including tax, at participating outlets, unless otherwise stated.
  13.
