Terms & Conditions for ’22 Years of Just Right!’ Scratch & Win Contest

The ’22 Years of Just Right!’ Scratch & Win Contest (“contest”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and is open only to Tack Club
members (“members”) to participate from 3 to 16 November 2025. There will be one (1) to three (3) random lucky winners (“winners”) each
day if they scratch open the grand prize scratch cards

• 1. Members are eligible to redeem one (1) scratch card at the i-Counter, Level G between 10am to 10pm with a minimum spending of RM22 in a single receipt at any outlets in IPC, including IKEA Damansara, on the same day. Scratch cards are not given for every RM22 spent (e.g., a RM100 receipt qualifies for one (1) scratch card only).
  • Weekdays (6pm-10pm): Claim three (3) scratch cards with a minimum spending of RM22 in a single receipt
  • Weekdays (10am-6pm), weekends and public holidays: Claim one (1) scratch card with a minimum spending of RM22 in a single receipt
• 2. Redemption of scratch cards is limited to transactions made on the same day, with a maximum of two (2) redemptions per member per day.
• 3. Members must redeem scratch cards in person by presenting their receipts at the i-Counter, Level G. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
• 4. As part of the verification process, members may be required to present their receipts, the payment card used, and/or the purchased items. Failure to provide these may result in denied redemption.
• 5. Receipts already used for Tack Points collection, e-vouchers, rewards, or free parking redemption (with IPC stamp on the back) are ineligible for further redemption of scratch cards. These receipts cannot be reversed or voided to qualify.
• 6. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for redemption.
• 7. Original receipts must be presented, clearly showing the printed transaction amount, date, and outlet name for the redemption.
• 8. All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT handwritten or digital receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift/cash/shopping voucher purchases, deposits for goods/services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work
  Pods, and EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
• 9. IPC tenant staff are not permitted to participate in this contest nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
• 10. Daily grand prizes to be won:

• 11. If a daily grand prize is not drawn, it will roll over to the next day’s prize pool.
• 12. Winners may choose from the available grand prizes at the time of redemption. All prizes, including those carried forward from previous days, are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• 13. Winners who do not collect their prizes within the same day, or choose not to accept them, forfeit all rights to the prizes, and IPC may repurpose the unclaimed prizes at its discretion.
• 14. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winners at the i-Counter, Level G; IPC does not offer delivery or courier services for the prizes
• 15. Redeemed prizes are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Prizes must be accepted as awarded
• 16. IPC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged prizes; replacements will not be issued.
• 17. IPC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value at its without prior notice.
• 18. IPC reserves the right to use photographs or videos of winners for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes on its website and social media channels.
• 19. IPC assumes no responsible for any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in this contest.
• 20. IPC reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
