TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PLAY WITHOUT LIMITS: A MATTEL ADVENTURE
The Play Without Limits: A Mattel Adventure (“Campaign”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and is open exclusively to Tack Club and Små Club members (“Participants”). The campaign will run from 5 to 15 June 2025, with all activities taking place at the Concourse, Level G of IPC Shopping Centre. Participants can look forward to exciting themed zones – Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Scrabble – each offering unique activities, workshops, and competitions throughout the campaign period.
New Member Perk
New Små Club members who register between 5 to 15 June 2025 are eligible to receive one (1) sticker tattoo and one (1) IKEA Fabler Bjorn plush toy. This offer can be claimed only once per new member during the campaign period, while stocks last.
General Terms and Participation Eligibility
- This campaign and all its activities are exclusive to registered Tack Club and Små Club members.
- All activities are held at Concourse, Level G of IPC Shopping Centre, unless stated otherwise.
- Children participating in workshops and competitions must be aged 12 years old and below and registered under their parent’s or guardian’s Tack Club membership.
- Participating children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian throughout the activity period.
- All timings and dates of activities are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.
- IPC and its partners reserve the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with event guidelines or display inappropriate behaviour.
- IPC and its partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any of the activities.
- Reserved activity slots are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Reserved activity slots will be held for 10 minutes prior to each session. Failure to check in within the time frame will result in automatic forfeiture and slots will be opened to walk-ins.
- By participating in any of the activities, shoppers have granted IPC the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos taken during the event for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes.
- IPC reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Barbie Zone
- Tack Club members are eligible to redeem Barbie activity slots for their children (registered Små Club members) at the i-Counter, Level G between 10am to end of activity timing, based on the same-day spending amount at any outlet in IPC Shopping Centre, including IKEA Damansara, within the campaign period. The redemption criteria are as follows:

5pm (Cat B: 7-12 y/o)On-ground registration between 5 to 8 June at Concourse, Level G (no spend required) 30 kids per session - Each qualifying receipt can only be used to redeem one (1) Barbie activity per day, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each Tack Club member may redeem up to 2 times per activity per day, with a maximum of 4 children aged 12 years old and below.
- Redemptions must be made in person by presenting eligible receipts at the i-Counter, Level G. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
- As part of the verification process, members may be required to present their receipts, the payment card used, and/or the purchased items. Failure to provide these may result in denied redemption.
- Receipts already used for Tack Points collection, e-vouchers, rewards, or free parking redemption (with IPC stamp on the back) are ineligible for further redemption of activity slots. These receipts cannot be reversed or voided to qualify.
- Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for redemption.
- Original receipts must be presented, clearly showing the printed transaction amount, date, and outlet name for the redemption.
- All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT handwritten receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift/cash/shopping voucher purchases, deposits for goods/services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work Pods, and EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
- IPC tenant staff are not allowed to participate in this event or redeem slots on behalf of customers.
Hot Wheels Zone
(A) Conquer & Win: Complete the Quest Challenge
- Tack Club members to complete 3 Hot Wheels quests and redeem a limited-edition Hot Wheels sticker sheet at Concourse, Level G from 5 to 15 June 2025. While stocks last.
- Members must:
- Snap and upload proof of completion into the Hot Wheels (Wheelers) Badge in the IPC App, under the Profile tab.
- Approach the event crew at Concourse for verification and sticker redemption.
(B) Hot Wheels Competitions
- Competition types and dates:
