‘TWO STOPS. MORE REWARDS.’ INITIATIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The ‘Two Stops. More Rewards.’ (“initiative”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and runs from 19 January to 8 February 2026. It is open to all shoppers who spend in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara on the same day.

  • 1. Shoppers are eligible to participate by spending RM50 in one (1) receipt at IPC Shopping Centre and RM250 in one (1) receipt at IKEA Damansara on the same day, then present both receipts at IPC’s i-Counter, Level G (in front of Decathlon Connect) between 10am to 10pm daily for verification.
  • 2. With every qualified pair of receipts, shoppers are eligible to redeem:
    • One (1) daily prize from the daily prize lineup (daily cap of 80 redemptions per day) [refer to appendix for the daily prize
      lineup].
    • One (1) grand lucky draw ticket with a unique serial code (available until 8 February 2026, 5pm).
  • 3. Registered IPC Tack Club members and/or IKEA Family members will earn two (2) grand lucky draw entries for each qualified spending pair.
  • 4. Daily prize redemptions are limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day. Any unclaimed daily prizes will be carried forward to the next day’s prize pool. All prizes, including those carried forward from previous days, are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Winners may choose from available prizes at the time of collection.
  • 5. For the grand lucky draw ticket, shoppers must tear the ticket into two (2) halves:
    • One (1) half to be dropped into the ballot box at IPC’s i-Counter.
    • One (1) half to be kept for safekeeping.
      Winners will be verified by matching the serial code printed on both halves.
  • 6. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their printed receipts and Tack Club membership and/or IKEA Family membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the prizes. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
  • 7. Lucky draw entries must be submitted before 8 February 2026, 4pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • 8. Redeemed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part of full and must be accepted as offered.
  • 9. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the initiative nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  • 10. Shoppers may be required to present their printed receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchases and/or show the items purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter as part of the verification process. Failure to present the required proofs may lead to unsuccessful or denied prize redemption.
  • 11. Shoppers are required to present all printed receipts (with clearly stated transaction amount, date and outlet name) during the prize redemption. Printed receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the prize redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the prize redemption.
  • 12. Only printed receipts from retail outlets in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for the prize redemption.
  • 13. All printed purchase receipts are accepted for the prize redemption EXCEPT handwritten or digital receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card / cash /. Shopping voucher purchase, deposits for goods / services, and receipts from promotion area, push carts, IPC merchandise purchases, BYD, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  • 14. The grand lucky draw winner announcement will be held on 8 February 2026, 6pm at Concourse, Level G.
  • 15. Shoppers must be physically present during the winner announcement and must present the matching ticket half for verification.
  • 16. If a winning serial code is called three (3) times and no winner appears, IPC reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
  • 17. Grand prizes to be won:

  • 18. Winners who do not collect their prizes within the same day, or choose not to accept them, forfeit all rights to the prize, and IPC may repurpose the unclaimed prizes at its discretion.
  • 19. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winners at the i-Counter, Level G; IPC does not offer delivery or courier services for the prizes.
  • 20. All prizes are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
  • 21. IPC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged prizes; replacements will not be issued.
  • 22. IPC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value at its without prior notice.
  • 23. IPC reserves the right to use photographs or videos of winners for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes on its website and social media channels.
  • 24. IPC assumes no responsible for any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in this contest.
  • 25. IPC reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • 26. All decisions made by IPC regarding this contest, including verification, winner selection, and prize eligibility, are final and not subject to appeal.
