Utilisation of IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp Complimentary e-Vouchers

  1. IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp complimentary e-vouchers are valid for use from 13 May to 30 June 2026, or upon reaching the claim limit of the allocated budget, whichever is earlier.
  2. Strictly no extension of the e-vouchers’ validity date will be allowed under any circumstances.
  3. Please refer to the list of participating outlets below:
    • RM10 F&B e-vouchers are usable at participating F&B outlets:Absolute Thai • BananaBro • Dome Café • Hana Japanese Dining • Swedish Café • Swedish Restaurant • Pao Xiang Bah Kut Teh • Paradise Dynasty • Poké Village • Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks • Sukiya Tokyo Rice Bowls & Noodles • Taste of Medan
    • RM10 PU e-voucher is usable at Play United
    • RM10 GT e-voucher is usable at Good Times DIY & Lifestyle Studio
    • RM10 OPH e-voucher is usable at OPEN PLAYHOUSE
  4. Complimentary e-vouchers are exclusively issued to eligible Tack Club members with a registered and active IPC App account upon successful purchase of the IPC S.T.E.A.M Discovery Camp admission e-tickets.
  5. No minimum spend is required to utilise the complimentary e-vouchers at participating outlets.
  6. Only original e-vouchers presented via the IPC App will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating outlets.
  7. Complimentary e-vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, campaigns, privileges, or loyalty programmes, unless otherwise stated.
    • Transactions fully or partially paid using the complimentary e-vouchers are not eligible for participation in other IPC Shopping Centre campaigns (e.g. lucky draws, gift-with-purchase, or similar mechanics).
  8. Each complimentary e-voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be used within the campaign validity period. Expired e-vouchers will not be accepted, refunded, or replaced.
  9. Any unused complimentary e-vouchers remaining in the IPC App after 30 June 2026 will be automatically forfeited.
  10. Multiple complimentary e-vouchers may be used in a single transaction, subject to outlet approval. Complimentary e-vouchers may also be combined with other valid e-vouchers issued by IPC Shopping Centre within the same transaction. However, sharing or combining e-vouchers across different customers’ accounts is strictly prohibited. Examples:
    • A customer may use two (2) RM10 complimentary F&B e-vouchers to offset RM20 from a RM50 total bill and pay the remaining RM30.
    • A customer may use one (1) RM10 complimentary F&B e-voucher + one (1) RM10 Birthday e-voucher to offset RM20 from a RM18 total bill and does not receive any balance from the outlet.
  11. If the e-voucher value is less than the total bill, the remaining balance must be paid in full by the customer.
  12. If the e-voucher value exceeds the total bill, the unused value will be forfeited and will not be refunded or carried forward.
  13. The complimentary e-vouchers can be used to offset the total bill, including tax, at participating outlets unless otherwise stated.
  14. IPC Shopping Centre and participating outlets reserve the right to restrict or refuse the usage of complimentary e-vouchers if customers are found to have violated the campaign terms and conditions or misused the e-vouchers in any way. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the e-vouchers without prior notice.
  15. IPC Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted e-vouchers, and no replacements will be issued.
  16. IPC Shopping Centre shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between e-voucher holders and participating outlets.
  17. Any misuse, tampering, or forgery of e-vouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  18. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Additional terms may apply at the sole discretion of IPC Shopping Centre Management.
