Utilisation of IPC Tack Voucher Bonanza Programme e-Vouchers Terms and Conditions

  1. Tack Voucher Bonanza (TVB) e-voucher sets are valid for use daily from 16 March to 31 August 2026, or upon reaching the claim limit of the allocated budget, whichever is earlier.
  2. Strictly no extension of the TVB e-vouchers’ validity date will be allowed under any circumstances.
  3. Please refer to the list of participating outlets below:
    • TVB (F&B) e-vouchers are usable at participating F&B outlets:

  4. TVB e-vouchers are exclusively available to Tack Club members with a registered and active IPC App account.
  5. No minimum spend is required to use the TVB e-vouchers at participating outlets.
  6. Only original TVB e-vouchers presented via the IPC App will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating outlets.
  7. TVB e-vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, campaigns, privileges, or loyalty programmes, unless otherwise stated.
    • Transactions fully or partially paid using TVB e-vouchers are not eligible for participation in other IPC Shopping Centre campaigns (e.g. lucky draws, gift-with-purchase, or similar mechanics).
  8. Each TVB e-voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be used within the campaign validity period. Expired TVB e-vouchers will not be accepted or refunded.
  9. Any unused TVB e-vouchers remaining in the IPC App after 31 August 2026 will be automatically forfeited.
  10. Multiple TVB e-vouchers may be used in a single transaction, subject to outlet approval. TVB e-vouchers may also be combined with other valid e-vouchers issued by IPC Shopping Centre within the same transaction. However, sharing or combining TVB e-vouchers across different customers’ accounts is strictly not allowed. Examples:
    • A customer may use three (3) RM10 TVB e-vouchers to offset RM30 from a RM50 total bill and pay the remaining RM20.
    • A customer may use five (5) RM10 TVB e-vouchers + one (1) RM10 Birthday e-voucher to offset RM60 from a RM55 total bill and does not receive any balance from the outlet.
  11. If the TVB e-voucher value is less than the total bill, the remaining balance must be paid in full by the customer.
  12. If the TVB e-voucher value exceeds the total bill, the unused value will be forfeited and will not be refunded or carried forward.
  13. TVB e-vouchers can be used to offset the total bill, including tax, at participating outlets, unless otherwise stated.
  14. IPC Shopping Centre and participating outlets reserve the right to restrict or refuse the usage of TVB e-vouchers if customers are found to have violated the campaign terms and conditions or misused the TVB e-vouchers in any way. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the TVB e-vouchers without prior notice.
  15. IPC Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted TVB e-vouchers; no replacements will be issued.
  16. IPC Shopping Centre shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between TVB e-voucher holders and participating outlets.
  17. Any misuse, tampering, or forgery of TVB e-vouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  18. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Additional terms may apply at the sole discretion of IPC Shopping Centre Management.
