Redemption of the Raya Shopping e-voucher and IPC exclusive gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 22 May 2020, and ending at 9:30pm on 21 June 2020. While stocks last.
Utilisation of Raya Shopping e-voucher at participating outlets is valid from 22 May to 26 July 2020.
Only original Raya Shopping e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
Raya Shopping e-voucher is only redeemable by registered Tack Club members via the IPC App which can be downloaded on Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Redeem ONE (1) Raya Shopping e-voucher via the IPC App with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays.
Tenants and staffs of IPC Shopping Centre are not eligible for the redemption.
Redeem TWO (2) Raya Shopping e-vouchers via the IPC App with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day during weekdays only (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Raya Shopping e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can redeem additional ONE (1) IPC exclusive gift on top of Raya Shopping e-voucher(s) with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day. While stocks last.
Raya Shopping e-voucher and IPC exclusive gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder is not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
- Example (1) : Total amount spent in 2 receipts is RM350.00 - Entitled to redeem only ONE(1) Raya Shopping e-voucher*. [UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can redeem additional ONE (1) IPC exclusive gift].
- Example (2) : Total amount spent in 2 receipts is RM600.00 - Entitled to redeem only ONE
  (1) Raya Shopping e-voucher*. [UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can redeem additional ONE (1) IPC exclusive gift].
- *Refer to point 6 and 7 for the maximum allowed number of Raya Shopping e-voucher redemption depending on the day of the week.
Redemption is only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one redemption per day.
In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
Any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
IPC Tack Club member must show proof of membership to a Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G for successful redemption of Raya Shopping e-voucher via the IPC App.
UOB Debit/Credit Cardholders must spend using UOB debit or credit card centre-wide and present the original receipt(s) with the UOB card used to a Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the IPC exclusive gift. We accept UOB debit or credit cards issued in Malaysia only.
Redeemed Raya Shopping e-vouchers and IPC exclusive gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholders are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
Tenants and staffs of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in redemption.
All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, and receipts from promotion areas (unless stated otherwise).
Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Restaurant, Swedish Food Market and Bistro) are accepted for redemption.
Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for redemption.
Utilisation of more than ONE (1) Raya Shopping e-voucher in a single transaction is accepted at participating outlet(s).
Each Raya Shopping e-voucher can only be used once.
Application of Raya Shopping e-voucher(s) in conjunction with participating outlets’ ongoing promotion is subjected to approval by the outlet itself.
IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at anytime without notice.
IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder.
Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-vouchers may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
